Wellness and being healthy has always been fascinating – mind, body and spirit. This ignited a passion that drove me to truly explore this complex network of integrated systems. So, I became more intrigued with the secrets of how daily routines affect health.

My core goal is motivating people to reach their full potential and guiding them to control the power within themselves. That’s why I have a wide range of studies from beauty therapy, acting, arts, creative therapies and instructor. Connecting with people on a daily basis keeps me fueled. I believe in the power of laughter and I often like to lighten a sad situation with some humor.

Working as a practice manager gives me the unique opportunity to blend my skills and knowledge in a health care setting. The main goal of my work is get to know the practitioners an their unique skill set, this gives me the power to match you with one of our expert professionals. So, yes, I want to hear your story. My role requires me to collect information to understand as much as I can about your situation. This guides me to make sure you’re at the right person to fix your problem. If not – I’ll tell you a joke.
