I am a ballet dancer that got intrigued by the human body, movement and pathology. I’m a performance driven athlete and an industry leading physiotherapist and I consider myself a professional asset to the field of physiotherapy.
Jaco and I started to build our practice in 2012 where we finished our honours degree at the University of Pretoria and determined to bring a new perspective to healing tissue. Ever since I started practicing as a physiotherapist I share the passion for working with chronic, long term pain that develops over time.
I am intrigued by how the human body reacts to different stimulus and forces within every human to regenerate after an injury. Patients suffering for a long time have a certain difficulty to their case. I love to inspect and determine what is the cause of the original problem.
We have worked with prestigious South African professional companies’ dancers, athletes and gymnasts that secured me podium positions.
I am determined to gain a better understanding how to enhance performance and accelerate the healing process in every person. I have first-hand experience of injuries, and could’t afford to rest, so I decided to gain skills as a physiotherapist in order to understand the mechanisms and systems at work in order to facilitate active rehabilitation during participation (Still continue training, while we sort out the problem).
I have trained in Pilates for years, and use it as a key component during my treatment and conditioning. I convey my unique knowledge to alter your pathological processes, retrain technique, and ultimately improve performance. Working with Jaco we have gained a valuable understanding of flexibility and strength relating to diverse athletic demand. My future vision pertains to raising the bar of standards to all South African Physiotherapist and medical professionals.

What my clients say about me
With a quick massage and some dry needling he removed the stiffness in my back, which was caused by sitting in the same posture for hours on end in front of a computer screen. After following the tips he gave me I bought a new office chair and got into the habit of seating myself correctly. I haven’t had a problem since.
Renier quickly helped me get back on my feet (literally) when I fractured my left ankle and tore a tendon in my right foot.
I was scheduled for surgery. I feared going under the knife, then I found these miracle workers!! 3 years later, still no surgery.
I couldn’t stand, sit, walk, do anything without screaming from excruciating back pain. I never thought I could feel normal again. Bless those hands.

Dislocated my shoulder twice, Renier fixed it – much better than it ever was before.
