My Story

From my early years performing acrobatics at a national level to my time at Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool, movement has always been the heartbeat of my life. Whether I was in the swimming pool, on the tennis court, or on the hockey field, I learned more than just physical skills; I discovered the discipline, perseverance, and resilience it takes to keep the human body performing at its best. My passion for sport naturally evolved into a fascination with biology, leading me to pursue my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy. Graduating Cum Laude wasn’t just about the grades for me—it was about mastering the mechanics of movement so that I could better serve those facing physical challenges.

I believe that effective physiotherapy is built on a foundation of genuine empathy. During my community service year, I truly realised that while clinical expertise is vital, kindness is often the most powerful tool in a treatment room. To me, being a physiotherapist at Well Health Pro is about more than just rehabilitation; it is about the privilege of listening to your story and making a tangible difference in your daily life. Whether we are working through a complex diagnosis or I’m simply providing a supportive ear, my goal is to ensure you leave our practice feeling heard, valued, and one step closer to your goals.

There is something incredibly rewarding about guiding a patient through their recovery journey, particularly when it comes to sports-related injuries. I know firsthand the frustration of being sidelined, and I thrive on the challenge of diagnosing and treating conditions that keep you from doing what you love. Seeing a patient regain their confidence and return to their peak activity level is why I call this my “dream job.” I am here to partner with you, using my background in movement and my passion for people to help you rediscover what your body is truly capable of.
