As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our practice’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include guiding patients, completing administrative tasks with precision, and facilitating effective communication between practitioners and patients.
Core functions / Administrator responsibilities:
- Booking and receiving patients into the practice
- Assist in the management of the practice and its practitioners
- Answering and making phone calls
- Making bookings for new and follow-up patients
- Accurately capturing contact details for each patient
- Management of patient distribution
- Coordination between patients and practitioners
- Article review and website management
- Management of account queries
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Professional appearance
- Strong computer literacy is essential
